Norwegian Air Tentative Agreement

We are pleased to inform you that we have reached a full Tentative Agreement (TA) for the US-based Norwegian Cabin Crew. Because it is the end of the business day here in Oslo, you will not see a formal announcement from the AFA until Monday.

Over the weekend, we will compile an informational packet containing highlights and summary of the TA. We will also format the text of the TA so you can review and download the full document. Lastly, we will schedule in-person “road shows” in each base and virtual “Zoom Meetings” where you can ask questions directly to the Negotiating Committee. The informational packet and downloadable PDF of the TA will be available on our website NorwegianAFA.org next week.

From the start of Negotiations in February 2017, we made it clear to the Company that any Tentative Agreement must include substantial improvements for the US-based cabin crew. This TA includes pay increases, pay for work not previously paid (standby, vacation, sick time, etc.), a 401(k) match, improvements in benefits, and valuable work life and scheduling enhancements.
