Hawaiian Air Tentative Agreement

TENTATIVE AGREEMENT FINALIZED

Saturday, March 21, 2020

Dear Fellow Flight Attendant,

Late Friday night we reached a complete agreement on ALL language for the Tentative Agreement, and signed everything off with management. Today, we met with the Master Executive Council (MEC) to review the Tentative Agreement. The MEC has approved the Tentative Agreement and has recommended that it be sent to you, the Flight Attendants, for membership ratification. Details of the agreement will be provided to you soon. The MEC is recommending that Flight Attendants vote "FOR" the Tentative Agreement.

We will soon be announcing the schedule for membership meetings and the Tentative Agreement ratification timeline. Due to the restrictions on public meeting because of COVID-19, the membership meetings will be held online.

On Tuesday, in preparation for the electronic balloting process, the AFA International Office will be sending an email to each Hawaiian Flight Attendants to verify their email address. If you or a flying partner does not get the email, please contact your Local Council Secretary (HNL - Kerri Chow, LAX - Beth Hayes) to update your email address information.

Mahalo for your support during these difficult negotiations and challenging times.

In Solidarity,

The Negotiating Committee
