Flight Attendants Protest American Eagle and United Express Carrier Mesa Airlines

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA) protested at three major airports in front of American Airlines and United Airlines on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 to demand a fair contract for Mesa Flight Attendants. Mesa Flight Attendants, who fly under the American Eagle and United Express brands, authorized a strike last month, with a 99.56 percent vote.

Nearly 200 Flight Attendants and union members picketed outside American Airlines and United Airlines terminals in Chicago, Dallas, and Phoenix on Tuesday in support of Mesa Flight Attendants. 

AFA members from Envoy, United, Spirit, Air Wisconsin, Endeavor, Frontier, Piedmont, Alaska, and Horizon, American Airlines Flight Attendants, Communications Workers of America, Chicago Federation of Labor, UNITE HERE!, Transport Workers Union (TWU), IAM, SEIU, Arizona AFL-CIO, and more!
